Kanarra Falls Hike

Just 15 minutes from our house is a wonderful hike in Kanarraville. Monday, October 24th we were still out for Fall break so we headed out. It was so beautiful, the Leaves were still colorful, and the weather was gorgeous. The water in the stream was a little toe numbing, but we had an enjoyable hike. I am always amazed that here in Cedar City, we are so close to so much Beauty. People travel from all over the world to see what we have in our "back yard". We are blessed!

Fall Break

This year our fall break coincided with a convention that Ralph had in Las Vegas. We were able to "tag along" with him. He went to meetings and we got to hang out at the pool, visit the chocolate factory, and stroll down the streets of ancient Rome. Of course, after his meetings, he joined us to watch the pirate show, the volcano and a dinner out at the Olive Garden. It was a fun and relaxing trip.

Not a lot of swimming going on, but a lot of fun.

Always a fun stop. Free samples, YUM!

The Season is over

Saturday October 8th, Miles had his last soccer game. It has really been fun to watch him play. He is quite the hustler. His team ended up going undefeated.

Brant competed at the Region cross country meet in St. George on Oct. 11th. This has been Brant's 1st year to compete in cross country. From the first meet until the end of the season, Brant took 12 minutes off his time. He was great to stick to it. Brant's picture also made the Spectrum here in Southern Utah.

Homecoming week

Homecoming week at Cedar high was busy. With 3 kids in high school, there were plenty of activities to attend and be involved in. Jessica enjoyed dressing up for spirit week.
This is character day.
Miles and Jessica attended the homecoming game Friday night against Dixie. Unfortunately the fans looked better than the game went. No Picture, but Dallin was at the game too. Ralph and I were helping with the concessions.

Brant was at the game, playing in the pep band.

The Dance
Jessica and Dallin had their day date for Homecoming. This was Dallin's very first date. They went bowling with a big group and had a blast bowling in lots of crazy ways.
